§ 1019.1.

PERMIT REQUIRED

a.

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to conduct a circus without first having obtained a permit therefor from the Entertainment Commission.

b.

Said permit shall set forth the seating capacity of the circus, the date or dates of the year on which the exhibition or entertainment are to be held, and the number of side shows in connection with or belonging to such circus.

c.

Applications for circus permits shall be filed with the Entertainment Commission on a form provided for said permit together with a nonrefundable fee.
