§ 554.

PROHIBITION OF SALE OF AEROSOL PAINT TO MINORS

It shall be unlawful:

a.

For any person, firm or corporation, except a parent or legal guardian, to sell, exchange, give or loan to any minor under the age of 18 years, any aerosol container six ounces or less (net weight of contents) containing any substance commonly known as paint, or containing any other opaque liquid capable of being propelled by the aerosol container.

b.

For any person under the age of 18 years to have in his or her possession any aerosol container six ounces or less (net weight of contents) containing any substance commonly known as paint, or containing any other opaque liquid capable of being propelled by the aerosol container while upon public property or upon private property without the consent of the owner of such private property.
